HOUSING PROJECT TRANSFORMATION

RE:Ukraine Community Hubs became a natural extension of the Housing project in Vorzel. Its primary goal, to provide internally displaced persons with dignified housing, was a response to an urgent, short-term problem in the first months of the full-scale war. At the same time, the bureau's team received valuable feedback from the local community.

To support IDPs systematically and in the long term, there was a need to create a space for administrative interaction between citizens, the state, and local initiatives and a place to provide rehabilitation services. Thus, the RE:Ukraine Housing project in Vorzel has transformed: its residential sections will now serve as temporary housing for people undergoing rehabilitation at the recovery center.
